This delicious fishcake is made by our Grimsby supplier (Kevin and Paul). It's made using smoked haddock, potato, chives, creme fraiche, mustard and coated with natural breadcrumbs. If you wanted to serve them as a starter, they'd go beautifully on just a simple bed of salad. As a main course, why not try it with some minty peas and spinach. Either way, they're easy to prepare, just defrost them, brush with a bit of oil and pop in the oven for 20 -25 minutes.
