Cajun Kick Seafood Fajita
What you’ll need
- 2 salmon fillets
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 red onion, sliced
 - Tortillas
 - Lime wedges
 - Fresh cilantro, for garnish
 
Let's Cook!
          Step 1
Combine Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub salmon with olive oil and coat with seasoning.
          Step 2
Cook the salmon in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
          Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and onion until softened.
          Step 4
Warm tortillas, then fill with salmon, peppers, and onions. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro.
