Notice: Changes to Loyalty

As of 4th April 2025 we have issued three months notice of the validity of the loyalty points earned via prior purchasing on our website. On the 4th July 2025 the balances on accounts will be set to zero and this credit will no longer be valid. You will have three months to place an order and use your credit. 

We have decided to take this decision as we are essentially running two programmes side by side, the loyalty points and the membership benefits scheme. The launch of the membership scheme has been incredibly well received and we need to be in a position to continue investing in the membership programme to make it as valuable for members as possible. · Get 1 points per £1 spent.
· Each point is worth 1p
