Strip(s) of prime skinned salmon from the back, not the belly - ready for you to slice. We prepare these ready-to-go sashimi back strips from large organically reared Scottish salmon. They're cut from the thickest part of the loin. These strips are rectangular in shape ready for you to slice them horizontally. If you are feeding a larger group you may want to consider using our organic salmon saku blocks.
