Snow crab is not for the impatient! It does take some mastery and time, but don't be discouraged. You will want a cracking tool to help along the way, but the sweet delicate meat that awaits is well worth the price. It is the economical sister to king crab. Snow crab is sometimes called 'Queen Crab', the meat is similar in colour but a touch more sweetness and finer meat texture. Often found in cold North Atlantic waters, the legs we supply are from Greenland. These legs are cooked - they can be served cold or warmed slightly.
