Salmon Nuggets
A healthier alternative to chicken nuggets. These crispy salmon nuggies are a quick and easy mid-week recipe, served with a spiced and tangy dipping sauce.
What you’ll need
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Salmon misshapes cut into bit sized-chunks
- 100g Plain flour
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Mayonaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1/2 Lemon, juced
- salt & pepper

Step 1
Mix together the flour with onion powder, garlic powder, cajun seasoning and paprika, salt and pepper. roll the salmon pieces in the beaten egg mixture and then the flour until well coated.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large, flat bottomed saucepan and carefully place each piece of salmon in the oil for approximately 3 minutes until one side is golden brown, turn and cook for another couple of minutes. Remove salmon and drain on a paper towel.
Step 3
To make the dipping sauce. Put the yogurt, mayonaise, lemon juice and sriracha in a bowl and mix well. Serve with the salmon nuggets and Enjoy!
