Crunchy crumbed plaice fillet with buttered green beans
Give this delicious recipe a try for a wonderfully crunchy way to serve your plaice fillets. With it being simple, quick and delicious, it is just win-win-win with this one!
BUY PLAICE FILLETSWhat you’ll need
- 2 Plaice fillets
- 1 tsp Dried chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Dried tarragon
- 50g grated Parmesan
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 300g Green beans
- 50g Butter
- Small bunch of Parsley
Let's Cook!
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200’c with the grill on. In a bowl combine the bread crumbs, chilli flakes, dried herbs and parmesan and mix with enough olive oil to make a damp sandy mixture.
Step 2
Spoon onto the place fillets and bake for 15 minutes until golden and crunchy.
Step 3
Whilst the fish is in the oven trim and blanche the green beans before placing in a pan over a high heat with the butter and chopped parsley, coat well and serve immediately along side the fish.
Step 4
Serve immediately along side the fish.
