Cranberry Sauce Baked Salmon
Another Fishmas showstopper. Homemade Cranberry Sauce Baked Salmon! It’s the perfect dinner recipe to share over the holiday season. Containing very few ingredients and ready in just 30 minutes!

What you’ll need
- 650g Whole organic salmon fillet
- 225g Fresh cranberries
- 120ml Maple syrup
- Zest of 1 orange
- 120ml Water
- 200g brussel sprouts, halved
- Rosemary

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Make the cranberry sauce by adding cranberries to a saucepan with maple syrup,water, orange zest and a pinch of salt.. Simmer until the cranberries are soft, approximately 5 minutes, then roughly mash and simmer the sauce until desired consistency.
Step 2
Top Salmon Fillet with the cranberry sauce and place into a large baking dish. Add rosemary sprigs and brussel sprouts to bake with the salmon.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, serve with your favourite festive sides, and enjoy!
