So they're not a uniform shape , but they still taste great and would be perfect for a fish pie or stew where the shape of the cut doesn't matter. Or just pan fry in butter. They're a great way to try a new type of fish without having to spend the money on a pricier cut. Y

Our Black Cod is line caught in Canada. This is a good choice for several reasons; the stock is healthy, overfishing is a low concern and the impacts to the sea floor as a result of fishing is minimal. There are further policies in development to protect the ecosystem.
