We make a superb fish stock but some of you are determined to make your own. So here is a wide range of bones and trimmings all nicely wrapped up in frozen vac packs. As you'll recognise, our range includes many aristocrats of the sea.
Sole bones normally include the heads, which are small. For other fish, you'll find the heads here.
Chefs normally recommend avoiding oily fish when making stock. So please note that black cod and halibut - without being as oily as salmon or mackerel - are definitely on the oily spectrum. But in fact black cod bones are the best seller so ...you guys! - let us know your spin.
