Tandoori Sea bream
Sea bream baked with potatoes in the tandoori style, combined with red peppers and coriander and curry for a bit of a kick.
What you’ll need
- 1 Sea bream scored
- 4 Large potatoes
- 2 Red peppers
- 2 tbsp Tandoori curry paste
- 2 tbsp Natural yogurt
- Coriander to serve
Let's Cook!
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180’c. Slice potatoes into 1 cm thick slices and lay on large baking tray
Step 2
Slice pepper and add to tray.
Step 3
Coat potatoes and peppers in the spice paste and roast for 20 mins
Step 4
Sit fish on top and season generously. Increase oven temp to 200’c and roast for 20 mins until all cooked through
Step 5
Finish with dollops of natural yogurt and sprigs of coriander
