Tandoori King prawn skewers with coconut raita and charred limes
This recipe is super quick and easy to make. Prepare the skewers ahead of time and be prepared for a deliciously easy meal!
BUY HUGE TIGER KING PRAWNSWhat you’ll need
- 2/3 extra large king prawns
- 2 tbsp tandoori curry paste
- coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- small bunch of mint
- 2 limes
Let's Cook!
Step 1
Coat the prawns in the tandoori paste and skewer through the middle, leave to marinade for at least an hour or unto 24 in the fridge
Step 2
When you are ready to serve, preheat the griddle/BBQ and make the raita by combining the yogurt, finely diced cucumber and chopped mint
Step 3
Slice the limes in half and place on the grill, cut side down. Grill along side the prawns for 5 mins and enjoy immediately with the yogurt dip
