Prawns with chorizo
A typical Spanish recipe of red prawns with chorizo and peppers. If you like Spanish tapas you would love these prawns. add some bread to enjoy the sauce.
What you’ll need
- 350g wild king prawn tails
- 150g chorizo
- 2 large marinated jarred red pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- bunch of parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- juice of a lemon

Step 1
Peel king prawns
Step 2
Slice the chorizo, peppers, garlic and parsley.
Step 3
In a heavy based pan gently heat the oil. Add the garlic, chorizo, peppers and sauté gently.
Increase the heat and add the prawns - cook quickly for 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4
Finish with the lemon juice and parsley
