Garlic mussel gratin
Delicious half shell mussels with crispy golden crumb, garlic and parsley topping.
Buy Half Shell MusselsWhat you’ll need
- Bag of half shell green lipped mussels
- 250g butter at room temperature
- 5 cloves of garlic, grated
- handful of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs

Step 1
In a bowl combine the butter, finely grated garlic and chopped parsley
Step 2
Spoon a teaspoon of butter in top of each mussel and sprinkle generously with breadcrumbs
Step 3
Grill under a hot grill for 4-5 mins until crumb is golden brown and mussels are hot through
