Prawn Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g Best North Atlantic Peeled Prawns
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brandy (optional)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Lemon wedges
  • Paprika

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, brandy, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the Best North Atlantic Peeled Prawns to the bowl and mix well to coat.
  3. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate and spoon the prawn mixture on top.
