For fish canapés, we recommend using smoked salmon, smoked tuna, tinned tuna, crab meat or lobster meat.
You could also try small peeled prawns, smoked mackerel or king scallops.

Garnishes? Perhaps little pieces of cucumber, dill, lemon, and capers work best for fish dishes. Try fresh herbs such as parsley, tarragon, mint, chives or coriander.
