OK snails are not seafood, but it seems we are the perfect guys to distribute them. They've been a firm favourite in our range for many years. Meaty, flavourful and when presented like ours, super easy to serve. If you're entertaining, a surprise snails starter always gets the conversation going. They can be served on their own as the garlic butter is the only necessary accompaniment. However a few inches of baguette would never go amiss.
Various paraphernalia to help with eating the snails is widely available (at prices between next to nothing and preposterous). I have to say that this does have a role, but a deftly wielded fork will normally do the job if you're OK holding the snail in your other hand.
