Tinned tuna and sardines are ten-a-penny in the supermarket. We don't sell those. Our tinned items are a cut above: for instance the finest cuts of tuna, superbly prepared selected sardines and monkfish liver to delight our Japanese customers and make almost everyone else cringe (but you might be interested to know that cod liver is one of our fastest sellers). You'll also find some truly niche items here: clam juice, keta, rouille for bouill, and urchin roe paste. Or how about some plankton? It's often on Heston's menu, but sit down before you review the price.
