Our top line is hand-dived scallops mainly from Scotland but we also have the smaller slightly sweeter scallops from the USA which are always roeless. Smoked scallops are a true delight which every aficionado of smoked fish should try. Our Coquilles St Jacques are hand-made and set in real scallop shells. The closest we have to fresh scallops are our half-shell scallops which give you the look as well as the taste. That's a pretty good lineup of frozen scallops.
