Halibut can grow to an extraordinary size - females to 200 kgs or more. It has firm white flesh with large flakes and a rich taste although it is a low-fat fish. We offer wild halibut from Norway, where stocks are carefully managed or farmed halibut from the Gigha halibut farm in Scotland, which has won many awards and produces some of the finest fish we see. Our range comprises fillet steaks, on-the-bone steaks and whole fish as well as halibut for sushi/sashimi and delicately smoked halibut from Gigha.
