The handsome-looking grey mullet lives an enigmatic existence, migrating long distances but returning to favourite coastal haunts in the summer. Unexpectedly, the grey mullet has its own club, but they probably wouldn't approve of our selling this fish. We're reviewing this issue as of summer 2019. There are three main kinds of grey mullet - we sell thick-lipped grey mullet as whole and fillets, and we sell divine bottarga from Mediterranean thin-lipped mullet.
