To make this dish, you will need four Mediterranean Sea Bass Fillets, four medium-sized potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a few other ingredients to make the Sauce Vierge.
Start by preheating your oven to 200°C/400°F. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast the potatoes in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
