These Sea bass fillets are farmed in Turkey and are an economical alternative to our wild sea bass. These fillets are typically 50% larger than you will find in the supermarket, so are a perfect portion for one per person. The skin is delicious: make it crisp by patting good and dry then rubbing in a pinch of salt. Give it a go with some strong Mediterranean flavours as Sea bass is a sweet fish and pairs brilliantly with it. Perfect for a light summer meal.
