Stir-fried crabFish code 126155 Serves 2




227g / 8oz white crabmeat
1 tbsp oil
2 sticks celery, sliced
1 small red pepper, deseeded and sliced
25g / 1 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 tsps soy sauce
Black pepper
Lettuce leaves for serving (preferably several different types)
1 Heat the oil in a wok or frying-pan. It must be really hot.

2 Add all the vegetables and toss for two minutes.

3 Add the crabmeat, soy sauce and pepper and toss for a further 2-3 minutes.

4 Arrange over or beside lettuce.
