New - Autumn 2009: We've found a little fish factory which produces a sort of "scallops baked in their own shells" dish. There's plenty of sauce and some delicious piped "duchesse" potato to finish it off. It's produced for the restaurant market, which probably explains why it's made with cheaper (smaller) queen scallops rather than more expensive, larger king scallops. But you can't have everything, and the price is pretty reasonable and the taste very authentic. And you get four lovely King scallop shells to keep forever.
