Being ultra-convenient, they're very popular with our members, but we think you should always consider the two main alternatives: raw lobster, or (raw) rock lobster tails, which give you more flexibilty if you're considering an elaborate lobster dish. SERVINGS: although you can cut any lobster in half and get two servings from it, if your fish starts out weighing less than 500g, those two servings are going to look pretty modest.
