1) If you just want 2 fillets or a pack of whitebait, we're probably not for you. We do offer small packs, but the cost to us of packaging, dry ice and guaranteed 24 hr delivery is £12, irrespective of order size.

2) That's why our P&D charges are: under £65 - £10; over £65 - £5; over £100 - free.

3) So make the most of your delivery. We suggest you buy several meals worth of fish...

4) ... we'll certainly spoil you for choice: we have the widest range of any fish retailer - nearly 300 lines.

5) We have many spectacular items which you simply cannot obtain from anywhere else. Check out our crab clusters! Try our marvellous paella pack!

6) Our fish arrives at your door frozen - we guarantee it. This saves you the considerable time and trouble of freezing the fish yourself. (And home freezing is SLOW freezing - that's bad for your eating experience.)

7) We freeze and pack to a very high standard. Each fillet, steak or prawn is frozen individually so you can take one item from the pack at a time. (There are a handful of exceptions - these are clearly spelt out in the product descriptions).

8) We guarantee that our fish is always of the highest quality. It's not only very fresh (at the point of freezing). We also focus on superior grades, for instance, thick fillets from large fish, large scampi without breadcrumbs, ice or added water. For instance, LARGE Dover soles, each one a generous portion.

9) Because our standards are so high, we can offer you a no quibble guarantee: If you are unhappy, we will refund or replace. You only need to ask.
